Vaendakaai Poreyal


Ingredients:

Vaendakaai - 10-12
Groundnut - 4 tbsp
Sambar thool - 1/2 tsp
Idly podi - 1 1/2 tsbp
Fenugreek powder - 1/2 tsp(optional)
To temper - mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves
Salt,Oil - As reqd

Method: 

  • Dry roast groundnut and grind coarsely.
  • Cut bindhi into small thin rounds and set aside.
  • Heat oil in pan and add items under to temper.
  • Now added grinded groundnut and saute.
  • Add bindhi and then masalas and salt.
  • Mix well and cook in low flame.
