Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Vanilla esc- 1 tsp
Method:
- In a bowl take ghee, add sugar to this and mix well.
- Add in esc, flour and salt and mix well.
- Form a soft dough.
- Scoop a spoon and line them in a baking tray.
- Bake them in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 12-15 mins.
- You can press the balls after scooping.
- I sprinkled brown sugar on few cookies.
