Meeta (Sweet) Seviyan


Ingredients:

Semiya - 1 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Milk / Water - 1/4 cup
Saffron strands - Little
Cashews - 5-6
Ghee - 4 tbsp

Method:
  • Heat ghee in pan and roast cashews and set aside.
  • In the same pan roast the semiya.
  • Once it changes in color, low the range and add milk.
  • Add sugar once the semiya is cooked.
  • Mix well and add saffron strands and roasted cashews.
  • Serve hot the ramzan special meeta seviyan.

Note:
You can add water instead of milk.
