Triangle Layered Paratha

Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2 1/2 cups
Water - 1 cup
Ghee, salt - As reqd

Method:

  • In a bowl add flour, salt and 2 tbsp ghee and water.
  • Mix well and make a dough.
  • Make small balls out of it.
  • Knead it to a circle and apply ghee.
  • Fold it to semicircle, again apply ghee.
  • Fold it to triangle and knead it.
  • Heat kadai and toast it.
  • Triangle layered paratha is ready.
