Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2 1/2 cups
Water - 1 cup
Ghee, salt - As reqd
Method:

Method:
- In a bowl add flour, salt and 2 tbsp ghee and water.
- Mix well and make a dough.
- Make small balls out of it.
- Knead it to a circle and apply ghee.
- Fold it to semicircle, again apply ghee.
- Fold it to triangle and knead it.
- Heat kadai and toast it.
- Triangle layered paratha is ready.
