Ingredients:
Hung curd - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Pistachios - 6-8
Rose esc - 2 drops
Elaichi powder - pinch
Method:
Hung curd - 1/2 cup

Method:
- Soak the pistachios and then peel and cut and set aside.
- In a bowl add hung curd, sugar, esc and elachi powder.
- Mix well till it is smooth.
- Transfer this to serving bowl and garnish with pistachios.
- Cling wrap and refrigerate.
- Serve chill.
