Shrikhand

Ingredients:

Hung curd - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp
Pistachios - 6-8
Rose esc - 2 drops
Elaichi powder - pinch

Method:

  • Soak the pistachios and then peel and cut and set aside.
  • In a bowl add hung curd, sugar, esc and elachi powder.
  • Mix well till it is smooth.
  • Transfer this to serving bowl and garnish with pistachios.
  • Cling wrap and refrigerate.
  • Serve chill.
