Plain Noodles - 3 pack
Onion - 1 (thin slices)
Carrot - 1 (Thin slices)
Capsicum - 1 (thin slices)
Cabbage - 1/2 cup (slices)
Pasta Sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Spring Onion - Little
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
Method:
- In a bowl add water, little salt and oil.
- Then add noodles and boil for 3-4 mins.
- Drain the water, add little oil and mix up and set aside.
- Now in a pan add oil.
- Now add onions and veggies and mix well.
- Add in the sauces and reqd salt.
- Add noodles and toss it.
- Garnish with onion leaves and serve hot.
Note:
- If you don't have pasta sauce, you can use pepper powder.
- The other option for pasta sauce is red chilly sauce.
