Veg Hakka Noodles







Ingredients:

Plain Noodles - 3 pack
Onion - 1 (thin slices)
Carrot  - 1 (Thin slices)
Capsicum - 1 (thin slices)
Cabbage - 1/2 cup (slices)
Pasta Sauce - 2 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Spring Onion - Little
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd

Method:

  • In a bowl add water, little salt and oil.
  • Then add noodles and boil for 3-4 mins.
  • Drain the water, add little oil and mix up and set aside.
  • Now in a pan add oil.
  • Now add onions and veggies and mix well.
  • Add in the sauces and reqd salt.
  • Add noodles and toss it.
  • Garnish with onion leaves and serve hot.


Note:

  • If you don't have pasta sauce, you can use pepper powder.
  • The other option for pasta sauce is red chilly sauce.
