2 Ingredient Coconut Macaroons


Ingredients:

Shredded Coconut - 2 1/2 cups
Condensed milk - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
Melted Chocolate - 1/8 cup (optional)

Method:

  • In a bowl add coconut and condensed milk.
  • Mix them together.
  • Scoop a spoon out of it and line them in baking tray.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 8-10 mins.
  • Melt the chocolate and set aside.
  • Dip the baked macaroons base in chocolate and set aside.
  • Quick coconut macaroons are ready.
