Ingredients:
Shredded Coconut - 2 1/2 cups
Condensed milk - 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp
Melted Chocolate - 1/8 cup (optional)
Method:
- In a bowl add coconut and condensed milk.
- Mix them together.
- Scoop a spoon out of it and line them in baking tray.
- Bake this in a preheated oven(OTG) at 180°C for 8-10 mins.
- Melt the chocolate and set aside.
- Dip the baked macaroons base in chocolate and set aside.
- Quick coconut macaroons are ready.
