Garlic Bread Bites

Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 2 cup
Dry yeast - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1 cup + 2 tbsp
Butter - 2 tbsp (melted)

Garlic Butter Dip:
Butter - 2 tbsp
Garlic - Crushed(small pieces)
Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
Chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Salt - little

Method:

  • In a bowl add sugar, yeast and warm milk and set aside.
  • In other bowl add flour and salt.
  • Once the yeast is activated add it to flour and mix well.
  • Set this aside for an hour.
  • Make small balls or finger shapes.
  • In a pan add butter and once it melts add itesm under garlic butter dip.
  • Set this aside.
  • Meanwhile the balls would have doubled in size.
  • Brush the tray with dip.
  • Now dip balls and finger shaped dough in dip.
  • Line them in baking tray.
  • Preheat oven(OTG) at 200°C and bake for 10-13 mins.
