Stuffed Bottleguard

Ingredients:
Bottle gourd - 2
Dry red chilly - 2
Green chilly -  2
Onion - 1 (fine chopped)
Coconut - 4 tbsp (grated)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Sesamae seeds - Little
Coriander leaves - Little
Salt, Oil - As reqd

Method:
  • Clean and cut bottle gourd into big cylinder shapes.
  • Take out the inside flesh.. 
  • Saute onion, red chilly,  green chilly, sesame seeds.
  • Then add grated coconut,  ginger garlic paste and mix well.
  • Add turmeric and little chilly powder.
  • Let it cool and then grind coarsely.
  • Stuff in the gourd with the mix.
  • Don't use all the mix... 
  • In a pan heat oil, add the gourds.
  • Cover and cook till it becomes soft.
  • Now grind the leftover mixture and add it to the veg.
  • Cook till oil separates.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
