Vanjaram(Seer) Fish Fry #1




Ingredients:

  Fish - 1 big piece(cleaned)
  Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  Curd - 1/2 tbsp
  Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  Curry leaves - few (fry and keep)
  Salt, Oil - As reqd


Method:


  • Take fish in a bowl.
  • Add all the ingredients mix well.
  • Let this marination be for 10-15 mins,
  • Heat oil in pan and deep fry it.
  • Garnish with fried curry leaves and serve.


Note:
You can dust the fish in coarsely grinded groundnut and then fry.
