Dragon Mushroom


Ingredients:

  Mushroom - 1 pack
  Salt - As reqd
  Maida - 2 -3 tbsp
  Corn Flour - 1 tbsp
  Onion -1 (finely chopped)
  Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  Chilly paste - 1 -2 tbsp
  Salt - pinch
  Soya Sauce - 1/2 tbsp
  Oil - As Reqd

Method:

  • Wash mushroom nicely and add it to a bowl.
  • Add salt, maida, corn flour and mix well.
  • Fry this and keep aside.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion and saute.
  • Then add gingergarlic paste, chilly paste, salt and saute.
  • Add soya sauce and mix well. 
  • Now add fried mushrooms and saute.
  • Garnish with corriander leaves and server dragon(spicy) mushroom.
