Paneer Crochets

Ingredients:

  Batter:
  Maida - 3tbsp
  Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  Red Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  Salt - to taste

  Stuffing:
  Bread pieces - 5 
  Paneer - 1 cup(grated)
  Cheese - 1 cup(grated)
  Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  Methi leaf - 1 tbsp(crush and keep)
  Coriander leaves, Garlic pods, ginger and green chilly - Finely chopped
  Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
  Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  Salt, oil - As Reqd
  Butter - 1 tbsp
  Bread Crumbs - 6 tbsp

Method:


  • Heat butter in pan and add ginger, garlic and green chillies.
  • Then add other ingredients and saute for a while.
  • Cut the edges of the bread and dip it in water and then dap it.
  • Keep the stuffing inside and use batter and close the corners.
  • Dip in batter and roll in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
  • Paneer crochets ready.
