Corn Cheese Balls


Ingredients:

  Corn - 1
  Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
  Cheese - 7 tbsp (grated)
  Milk - 5 tbsp
  Bread Crumbs - 10 tbsp
  Salt- to taste
  Oil - to fry

Method:


  • Boil the corn kernels and grind it,
  • Add chilly powder, garam masala, cheese and salt and mix well.
  • Make small balls.
  • Dip these balls in milk and then roll it in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry these.
  • Serve this corn cheese balls with tomato sauce.

  1. Delicious yummy balls. Instead of dipping in milk i dipped in all purpose flour. Kids love it
