Ingredients:
Soya chunks - 1 cup
Maida - 1 tbsp
Red Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tbsp
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Tomato Sauce - 1-2 tbsp
Soya sauce - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilly - 1 -2(chopped)
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Soak soya granules in hot water and squeeze the water.
- Marinate it with maida, red chillie powder, ginger garlic paste and salt.
- And deep fry and keep aside.
- Heat oil, add onion, green chillies, tomato sauce, soya sauce and saute.
- Now add deep fried soya balls and garnish with coriander leaves.
