Ingredients:
Besan flour - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Red Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Method:

Method:
- Mix all this and store in air tight container.
- Take required quantity and add make bajjis.
- You can make plantain, potato and onion bajji.
- You can add boiled cauliflower and brocoli and make gobi 65 or brocolli bajji.
