Cheese Rava Fingers

Ingredients:

  Rava - 1 cup
  Water - 1/2 cup
  Milk(boiled) - 1 cup
  Paneer - 1/2 cup(grated)
  Green Chilly - 2 or Green Chilly paste - 2 tbsp
  Butter - 2 tbsp
  Salt(paneer also has salt), Water,Maida(3 tbsp) - For batter
  Bread Crumbs - 10 tbsp
  Oil - For frying

Method:


  • Heat butter in pan and add rava and saute.
  • Then add milk and water and mix well and saute for a while.
  • Now add paneer, chilly and salt.
  • Pressure cook for 1 whistle.
  • Transfer this to plate and cut it in finger shapes.
  • Dip this in batter and roll in bread crumbs and deep fry it.
