Ingredients:
Mushroom - 1 pack
Onions - 2 (finely chopped)
Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Cloves - 2
Elachi - 1
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
Cashwes - 5
Curry Leaves - few
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil add cloves, elachi.
- Add onions & saute till brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste & saute.
- Add turmeric powder and salt & saute.
- Add tomato & saute.
- Now add mushrooms, coriander powder.
- Then add chilly powder and add very little water & cook in low range.
- Cook till mushroom becomes dry.
- Add cashews n curry leaves at end.
