Mushroom Vepudu

Ingredients:

  Mushroom - 1 pack
  Onions - 2 (finely chopped)
  Tomato - 1 (finely chopped)
  Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  Cloves - 2
  Elachi - 1
  Turmeric powder - 1 tsp 
  Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  Chilly powder - 2 tbsp
  Cashwes - 5
  Curry Leaves - few
  Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd

Method:
  • Heat oil add cloves, elachi.
  • Add onions & saute till brown.
  • Add ginger garlic paste & saute.
  • Add turmeric powder and salt & saute. 
  • Add tomato & saute. 
  • Now add mushrooms, coriander powder.
  • Then add chilly powder and add very little water & cook in low range.
  • Cook till mushroom becomes dry.
  • Add cashews n curry leaves at end.
