Roasted Rice |
Ingredients:
Raw Rice - 1 cup
Moong dhal - 1/4 cup
Temper - mustard, cumin seeds, dry red chilly(3), curry leaves
Salt, oil - As reqd.
Water - 1 1/2 cup
Method:
- Heat pan and fry rice(pacharisi) till it turns in brown color, transfer to a bowl.
- Add a handful of moon dhal to it and then add water.
- Heat oil add tempering items.
- Then add this to rice, then add salt and cook for 4 whistles.
- It would be tasty and for this side dish is Coconut Thuvayal.
