Mathur Vada






Ingredients:
  Rice flour - 1 cup
  Maida - 1/2 cup
  Rava - 1/2 cup
  Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
  Green chilly - 2-4 (finely chopped)
  Ginger, Coriander and curry leaves - finely chopped
  Hing - 1/2 tsp
  Roasted groundnut -Grinded (nt powder, optional)
  Salt, Water, oil -As reqd

Method:
  • Mix all ingredients to chapati dough consistency.
  • Heat oil in pan.
  • Make the dough into small balls and flatten it.
  • Fry it.
  • Goes good with any chutney.
