Ingredients:
Pasta - 1 cup
Onion - 1 (sliced)
Tomato - 1 (sliced)
Brinji leaf - 1
Oregano - 1 tbsp
Tomato Sauce - 2-3 tbsp
Red Chilly flakes - 1/2 tbsp
Crushed pepper - 1/2 tbsp
Salt, olive oil - As reqd.
Method:
- Heat water in a pan and add a spoon of olive oil and there pasta.
- Cook for 7 minutes.
- Strain water and keep aside.
- Heat oil and add onions, capsicum, tomato and brinji leaf and saute.
- Then add boiled pasta,origano, tomato sauce, crused pepper,chilly flakes &salt.
- Sprinkle onion leaves and grated cheese before you serve(optional).
Note:
Variation #1:
- You can blanch tomatoes(boil water and add 2 tomatoes and boil).
- Peel the skin and remove seeds.
- Instead of chilly flakes add chilly powder / paav bhaji mix.
Variation #2:
Cook pasta and just add pasta sauce to it.
