Bread Rasamalai


Ingredients:

  Bread - 4 slices
  Cashews, badam and pista - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
  Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
  Saffron - 4 strands(soak in 1 tsp of milk)
  Milk (boiled) - 2 cups
  Sugar - 4 tbsp
  Ghee - 1 tbsp

Method:


  • Remove the corners of bread and use cutter and maker round shaped bread pieces.
  • Heat a pan and add condensed milk, milk and cook in low range.
  • Stir till the milk thickens and reduces to half.
  • Add the saffron mix to this and then add sugar.
  • Add fried nuts to it and bring it to room temperature and then refrigerate.
  • This is Rabadi.
  • While serving fry the bread pieces in ghee and transfer it to serving bowl.
  • Add rabadi and serve yummy bread rasamalai.
