Ingredients:
Bread - 4 slices
Cashews, badam and pista - 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Condensed milk - 2 tbsp
Saffron - 4 strands(soak in 1 tsp of milk)
Milk (boiled) - 2 cups
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method:
- Remove the corners of bread and use cutter and maker round shaped bread pieces.
- Heat a pan and add condensed milk, milk and cook in low range.
- Stir till the milk thickens and reduces to half.
- Add the saffron mix to this and then add sugar.
- Add fried nuts to it and bring it to room temperature and then refrigerate.
- This is Rabadi.
- While serving fry the bread pieces in ghee and transfer it to serving bowl.
- Add rabadi and serve yummy bread rasamalai.
