Egg Pizza

Ingredients:

Maida - 1 cup
Egg - 1 
Salt, water - As Reqd
Sugar - 1 tsp
Yeast -
Milk - 1 tbsp
Garlic sauce - 1/2 tbsp
Cheese - 3-4 tbsp(grated)
Paneer - 2 tbsp(grated / diced)
Onion - 1 (diced)
Capsicum - 1 (diced)
Small Tomato - 5 (diced)
Rosemary seeds - 1 tsp


Method:
  • Make the dough same like chapati(must not be too watery).
  • Then after the dough made keep for fermentation for about 1 and a half hour.
  • Later use aluminum foil coat with oil.
  • Keep at middle and start pat from the middle towards end.
  • Then add the garlic sauce,cheese, panrer,capsicum,onion,tomato, rosemary seeds.
  • Preheat over at 250 deg for 10 minutes.
  • Keep the dough and cook for 15 minutes.
  • Finally pizza ready(egg is optional).
