Coconut Milk Rice

Ingredients:

  Coconut milk - 2 cups
  Rice - 1 cup
  Cloves - 4
  Cinnamon - 1 small piece
  Cardamon - 4
  Brinji leaf - 1
  Onion - 1 (chopped)
  Ginger and Garlic - Chopped
  Green chilly - 4
  Mint leaves - handful
  Salt, Oil - As reqd

Method:
  • Take coconut milk.
  • In cooker heat oil add garam spices.
  • Then add onion, chopped garlic & ginger,green chilly,some mint leaves & saute.
  • Add cashews and rice soakd with cocont milk. 
  • Add salt when rice starts boiling close cooker.
  • Cook for one wishtle.
   
Note:

 Have to soak rice in coconut milk(10 mins)
