Rasmalai #2





Ingredients:

Milk - 375 ml
Condensed Milk - 1 1/2 tbsp
MTR rasagullas or homemade Rasagullas - 10-12
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Nuts - 1 1/2 tbsp
Saffron strands - little
Ghee - 1/2 tsp

Method:
  • Mix saffron in a tbsp of hot milk.
  • Heat a pan and add condensed milk, milk and cook in low range.
  • Stir till the milk thickens and reduces to half.
  • Add the saffron mix to this and then add sugar.
  • Add drop of yellow color(optinal).
  • Fry nuts(pista and badam) in ghee and add to it and boil it.
  • This is rabadi.
  • Now squeeze and add rasagullas and cook in low flame for 4-5 mins.
  • Let  it sit for a while and then refrigerate.
