Ragi Roti

Ingredients:

  Ragi Flour - 1 Cup
  Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
  Green chilly- 2-3(finely Chopped)
  Coriander and Curry leaves - finely chopped
  Salt, oil, water - As reqd


Method:
  • In a pan add  water, when it is warm add ragi and bring to porridge consistency.
  • Add salt and other ingredients and bring to chapati dough consistency.
  • Make hot ragi rotis.
  • you can add grated carrot too.
  • Goes good with rajma and dry chutney.
