Ingredients:
Ragi Flour - 1 Cup
Onion - 1 (finely chopped)
Green chilly- 2-3(finely Chopped)
Coriander and Curry leaves - finely chopped
Salt, oil, water - As reqd
Method:
Ragi Flour - 1 Cup

Method:
- In a pan add water, when it is warm add ragi and bring to porridge consistency.
- Add salt and other ingredients and bring to chapati dough consistency.
- Make hot ragi rotis.
- you can add grated carrot too.
- Goes good with rajma and dry chutney.
