Ingredients:
Paneer - 200 g
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 2 tsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Coriander Leaves - Little (fine chop)
Salt, Oil,Water - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil in pan and add paneer cubes.
- Fry slightly and low the flame.
- Add in chilly powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add in tomato puree and cook till oil oozes.
- Add in salt, sugar and mix well.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
