Ingredients:
Kadala Maav / Besan flour - 1 cup
Rava - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 2 tsp
Lime juice - 1 tbsp
Ginger paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Eno fruit salt (Regular) - 1 tsp or Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
To Temper:
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
White Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
Green Chilly - 2 (fine chop)
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Lime Juice - 1 tsp
Water - 1 tbsp
Coriander Leaves - Little (fine chop)
Coconut - 2 tbsp (grated)
Method:

To Temper:

Method:
- In a bowl add flour, rava, sugar, salt, turmeric powder.
- Mix this well, add ginger paste,hing, oil, lime juice and mix.
- Add in water and mix the batter(no lumps).
- Set this aside for 10 mins.
- Add in eno fruit salt and mix well.
- Pour this batter in greased microwave safe bowl.
- Microwave on high for 3 mins.
- Now cut this into squares and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and add mustard, cumin and sesame seeds.
- Once it splutters add in chilly, curry leaves.
- Add in water and lime juice.
- Pour this all over the dhokla.
- Garnish with grated coconut and coriander leaves.
- Serve this with green chutney or have as such:))
