Muskmelon Sorbet

Ingredients:

Muskmelon - 1
Honey - 1/4 cup

Method:

  • Peel the skin and dice the muskmelon.
  • Put this in ziplock and freeze for 3hrs.
  • Now add this to blender.
  • Add honey to this and blend nicely.
  • Pour this to freezer safe container and freeze overnight.
  • Muskmelon sorbet is ready.
