Carrot Kheer Puree




Ingredients:

Carrot - 8
Sugar - 1/2 cup

Method:

  • Peel the skin and boil carrots.
  • Let this cool and blend it a smooth paste.
  • Heat a pan and add sugar like 1/2 cup and then add blended paste.
  • Cook in low flame till raw smell goes.
  • Let it cool and store in air tight container.
  • Use in recipe of your choice.
  • Increase or decrease sugar to your taste.
Note:
You can reduce sugar amount while feeding babies.
