Instant Condensed Milk

Ingredients:

Milk powder - 1/2 cup
Icing sugar - 1/4 cup
Water - 1/4 cup
Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp

Method:

• In a blender add milk powder, butter and icing sugar.
• Boil water and once it bubbles, add it to blender.
• Blend this to a smooth paste.
• Let this cool and store in airtight container.
