Vanilla Sponge Cake #3

 

Ingredients:

All purpose flour - 153 g
Sugar - 115 g
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Milk - 125 ml
Curd - 90 ml
Oil - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp

Method:

  • In a bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Add in curd, oil, milk and esc and mix well.
  • Now grease a pan and line with butter paper.
  • Dust with flour and invert and dap it.
  • Pour batter to this.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180 for 30-35 mins.
  • The cake weighed 400 g.

Note:

I divided batter in two pans and baked.
