Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 153 g
Sugar - 115 g
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Milk - 125 ml
Curd - 90 ml
Oil - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Esc - 1 tsp
Method:
- In a bowl add flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
- Mix well.
- Add in curd, oil, milk and esc and mix well.
- Now grease a pan and line with butter paper.
- Dust with flour and invert and dap it.
- Pour batter to this.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180℃ for 30-35 mins.
- The cake weighed 400 g.
Note:
I divided batter in two pans and baked.
