Special Sambar Masala #1(for tiffin)


Ingredients:

Kashmiri Chilly - 14 g
Dry Red Chilly - 14 g
Coriander seeds - 28 g
Cumin seeds - 14 g
Black pepper corns - 14 g
Methi seed - 14 g

Method:

  • In a bowl add kashmiri chilly, dry red chilly.
  • Then add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper corns.
  • Add in methi seeds.
  • Mix it and then blend it to a fine powder.
  • Store this in a airtight container.
  • Use this while making tiffin sambar.
  • Yields app 92 g of sambar masala.
