Ingredients:
Kashmiri Chilly - 14 g
Dry Red Chilly - 14 g
Coriander seeds - 28 g
Cumin seeds - 14 g
Black pepper corns - 14 g
Methi seed - 14 g
Method:
- In a bowl add kashmiri chilly, dry red chilly.
- Then add coriander seeds, cumin seeds, black pepper corns.
- Add in methi seeds.
- Mix it and then blend it to a fine powder.
- Store this in a airtight container.
- Use this while making tiffin sambar.
- Yields app 92 g of sambar masala.
