Leftover Idly Pakoda

 

Ingredients:

Leftover Idly - 3
Onion - 1 (thin slices)
Carrot - 1 (small, grated)
Red Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Fennel powder - 1/4 tsp
Besan flour - 1/4 cup
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Hing - a pinch
Curry Leaves - Little (fine chop)
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd

Method:

  • Refrigerate the idly and grate it.
  • To this add sliced onions, ginger garlic paste, carrot.
  • Add in spice powders, salt, hing and mix well.
  • Add in a tbsp of hot oil to this and mix well.
  • Don't add water, jus mix it.
  • Heat oil in pan and fry these pakodas.
  • Serve hot.
