Left Over Sweet Cake

 

Ingredient:

All purpose flour - 63 g
Left over sweets - 50 g
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
Elaichi powder - 1/4 tsp
Milk - 100 ml

Method:
  • In a bowl add in left over sweets.
  • I used kaaju katli and badam katli pieces.
  • Add hot milk(50 ml) to this and mix it, no lumps.
  • Add in elaichi powder and mix it.
  • Add in flour, baking powder and baking soda.
  • Mix well.
  • Now pour remaining milk and mix well.
  • Now pour this in greased pan.
  • I used a small bundt pan, greased and dusted with flour.
  • Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180 for 25-30 mins.
