Ingredient:
Leftover Idly - 4
Idly podi - 4 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Dry Red Chilly - 2 (deseed)
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Cut the idly into small cubes.
- Heat oil in pan and fry the idly's.
- Set this aside.
- Heat a little oil in pan and add mustard seeds.
- Add in dry red chilly, curry leaves.
- Add in idly podi and toss well.
- Add in a pinch of salt and toss it again.
- Serve hot.
