Ingredients:
Onion - 1 1/2 (fine chop)
Tomato - 1/2 (fine chop)
Besan flour - 1 tbsp
Green Chilly - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Pav Bhaji Masala - 1/4 tsp
Red Chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/8 tsp
Coriander leaves - Little
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
Method:
- Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds and onions and saute.
- Add in ginger garlic paste and saute for a while.
- Add in green chilly, tomato and cook till it turns mushy.
- Add in spice powders and salt.
- Saute this in low flame.
- Add water and let it boil.
- In a bowl add flour and water and make mix well.
- Add this to gravy and cook in low flame for 2 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
- Goes good with poori.
