Ingredients:
Leftover Rice - 1 cup
Besan flour - 1 tbsp
Rice flour - 1/2 tbsp
Onion - 1 (fine chop)
Red Chilly powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves - fine chop
Curry Leaves - fine chop
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
Method:
- Add rice to a bowl and mash it well.
- Add in flour, onion, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- Add in chilly powder, salt and a tbsp of hot oil.
- Mix with spoon.
- Then add water little by little ad mix well.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these pakodas.
- Serve hot.
