Ingredients:
MTR Gulab Jamun Mix - 1 cup
Water - 1 1/2 cups
Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 6-7
Elaichi powder - a pinch
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl add in jamun mix, sugar and mix it.
- Add in water and whisk till smooth (no lumps).
- Heat ghee in pan and add cashews.
- Roast this in low flame and transfer to a plate.
- To the same pan add the mixed mixture.
- Keep stirring in low flame.
- It will thicken a bit, add in elaichi powder.
- Add in little more ghee and cook till it separtes from pan.
- Turn off range and add in roasted cashews.
- Serve hot.
