Gulab Jamun Halwa

 

Ingredients:

MTR Gulab Jamun Mix - 1 cup
Water - 1 1/2 cups
Brown Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cashews - 6-7
Elaichi powder - a pinch
Ghee - 3 tbsp

Method:
  • In a bowl add in jamun mix, sugar and mix it.
  • Add in water and whisk till smooth (no lumps).
  • Heat ghee in pan and add cashews.
  • Roast this in low flame and transfer to a plate.
  • To the same pan add the mixed mixture.
  • Keep stirring in low flame.
  • It will thicken a bit, add in elaichi powder.
  • Add in little more ghee and cook till it separtes from pan.
  • Turn off range and add in roasted cashews.
  • Serve hot.
