Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Cinnamon powder - a pinch
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Chocolate Milkshake - 1 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Vanilla esc - 1 tsp
Chocochips - 2 tbsp
Sprinklers - 2 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl add in wheat flour, corn flour, cocoa powder.
- Add baking powder and cinamon and mix well and seive it.
- In other bowl add in oil and sugar and whisk well till sugar melts.
- Add in milkshake and esc and mix well.
- Now add dry ingredients and mix well.
- Fill them 3/4th in the lined cupcake moulds.
- Top them with chocochips.
- Bake them in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 10-12 mins.
- Once baked set this to cool.
- I frosted with Mocha frosting.
- I sprinkled few sprinklers on top.
