Ingredients:
Unsalted butter - 100 g
Icing Sugar - 2 cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Coffee Decoction - 3 tsp
Method:
- In a bowl beat butter and add a cup of icing sugar.
- Beat this well.
- Add in cocoa powder and another cup of icing sugar.
- Beat this well.
- Add in fresh decoction and beat.
- You can use this frosting for cakes or cupcakes.
Note:
- If using powdered sugar then in a cup of sugar replace a tbsp with a tbsp of corn starch.
- I frosted 12 cupcakes with this.
