Choco Mocha Frosting #1


Ingredients:

Unsalted butter - 100 g
Icing Sugar - 2 cup
Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
Coffee Decoction - 3 tsp

Method:
  • In a bowl beat butter and add a cup of icing sugar.
  • Beat this well.
  • Add in cocoa powder and another cup of icing sugar.
  • Beat this well.
  • Add in fresh decoction and beat.
  • You can use this frosting for cakes or cupcakes.


Note:

  • If using powdered sugar then in a cup of sugar replace a tbsp with a tbsp of corn starch.
  • I frosted 12 cupcakes with this.
