Ingredients:
Dosa Batter - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1
Capsicum - 1
Tomato - 1
Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
Pepper powder - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/8 tsp
Grated Cheese - 1/2 cup
Butter - 2-3 tbsp
Pizza Sauce - 2-3 tbsp
Oil - As reqd
Method:
- Fine chop onion, tomato(deseed) and capsicum and add in a bowl.
- Now add salt, seasoning, pepper and mix well.
- Heat dosa tawa and pour a laddle of batter to it and spread.
- Cook in low flame, drizzle little oil.
- Once top is cooked, Add in a tbsp of pizza sauce.
- Then add 1/2 tbsp of butter, onion mix.
- Use a masher and mash all these and spread fully and cover dosa.
- Now add grated cheese and cover and cook.
- Serve the yummy pizza dosa.
