Ingredients:
Vaendakaai - 15
Kashmiri Chilly powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Chat masala - 1/2 tsp
Dry ginger powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Kadala Maav - 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves - A sprig (chopped)
Salt, Oil - As reqd
Method:
- First thin slice the bhindi and set aside.
- In a bowl add these and the spice powders and salt.
- Add in curry leaves and kadala maav and mix well.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these.
- Crispy and yummy vaendakaai/okra/bhindi fry is ready.
