Ingredients:
Vazhakaai - 2
Pottukadalai maav - 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
Coriander powder - 3 tsp
Curry Leaves - Little(chopped)
Coriander Leaves - Little (chopped)
To Grind:
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp(soak in water)
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon stick - small piece
Green Elaichi - 2
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
Method:
Vazhakaai - 2
Pottukadalai maav - 2 tbsp

To Grind:
Poppy seeds - 1 tsp(soak in water)

Coconut - 1/2 cup
Salt, Oil, Water - As reqd
Method:
- Grind items under "to grind" without adding water and set aside.
- Pressure cook vazhakaai for 2-3 whistles.
- Once cool, peel skin and mash it.
- Dry roast pottukadalai and grind and set aside.
- In a bowl add in vazhakaai, spice powders, salt.
- Add in grinded paste, pottukadalai maav, curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Make small kolas and set aside.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these kolas.
- In same oil fry some curry leaves.
- Top the kolas with fried and crushed curry leaves.
- And serve hot.
