Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Unsalted butter - 100 g
Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla esc - 1/2 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Method:
- In a bowl add in butter and sugar and mix well.
- Now add in esc and salt and mix well.
- Add in flour and mix well.
- Make a dough and cling wrap it.
- Refrigerate for an hour.
- Then roll it between sheets and use cookie cutter and cut shapes.
- Use a small cutter and cut in middle and remove it carefully.
- Line this in a line baking tray and refrigerate for 4-6 mins.
- Bake the cookies in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 9-10 mins.
- Let it cool and store in air tight container.
Note:
I divided dough into equal halves and made Sprinklers Shortbread Cookies.
