Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Ghee - 1/2 cup(melted)
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Curd - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Vanilla esc - 1 tsp
Cashews - 10-12 (fine chop)
Method:
- In a bowl take flour and add baking powder and set aside.
- In other bowl add curd and baking soda and mix well.
- Then add milk, sugar, esc, ghee and whisk well.
- Add in dry ingredient and mix well.
- Grease the pan with oil and dust with flour.
- Sprinkle the chopped nuts and pour the batter in.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 18-20 mins.
