Add each egg little away from the other |
Ingredients:
Egg - 4
Small onion - 10-15 (fine chop)
Curry Leaves - a sprig
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/4 tsp
Gingely oil - 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves - Little
Salt, Water - As reqd
To Roast and Grind:
Dry Red Chilly - 8
Pepper corns - 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds - 1/4 tsp
Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
Grated Coconut - 1/4 cup
Cinnamon stick - small piece
Onion - 1(medium size)
Tomato - 1 1/2
Garlic pods - 3-4
Method:
- Heat little oil in pan and add items under "to roast and grind".
- Saute them till it turns brown.
- Transfer this to a plate and blend it to a paste.
- Heat oil in pan and add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- Add small onion and saute for a while.
- Add the grinded paste, garam masala and salt.
- Add reqd water and mix well and let it boil.
- Cook in low flame.
- Now in a bowl break open a egg and add it to gravy.
- Add remaining eggs one by one to the gravy.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
