Ingredients:
Milagu upma noi - 1 cup
Water - 1 1/4 cup
Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Channa dal - 1 tsp
Dry red chilly - 2
Oil - 3-4 tbsp
Salt - As reqd

Milagu upma noi:
Broken rice - 1 Kg
Thoor dal - 60 g
Cumin seeds - 2 tsp
Black pepper corns - 2 tsp
Method:
Method:
- Add in thoor dal to blender n pulse it.
- Then add little rice and pulse, don't blend on hig speed, just pulse it.
- Repeat the smlame, seive and transfer to plate.
- Add in cumin seeds and pepper orms n pulse(for few secs) it coarse.
- Transfer to plate
- Store it in airtight container and use when needed.
- Heat oil in pan and add mustard, cumin seeds and channa dal.
- Add in chilly and saute for a while.
- Now add milagu upma noi and saute for a while.
- Add water and reqd salt.
- Cover and cook in low flame for 20-25 mins.
- Serve with coconut thuvayal.
