Ingredients:
Raw rice - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1 1/2 tbsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Salt, Water - As reqd
Method:
- Soak rice and urad dal for 2 hours.
- Drain water and grind them to a fine paste.
- You can sprinkle water if needed.
- Add in salt and milk and make a thin batter than dosa.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Reduce the flame and pour a laddle of batter to this.
- It will spread like a flower.
- Flip and cook and transfer to a plate.
- Serve this with VaraMilagaai Thokku.
