Vellai Paniyaaram



Ingredients:

Raw rice - 1 cup
Urad dal - 1 1/2 tbsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Salt, Water - As reqd

Method:
  • Soak rice and urad dal for 2 hours.
  • Drain water and grind them to a fine paste.
  • You can sprinkle water if needed.
  • Add in salt and milk and make a thin batter than dosa.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Reduce the flame and pour a laddle of batter to this.
  • It will spread like a flower.
  • Flip and cook and transfer to a plate.
  • Serve this with VaraMilagaai Thokku.
