Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Mixed Herbs - 1 tsp
Buttermilk - 1/2 cup
Olive oil - 1 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Oats - 1 tbsp
Method:
- In a bowl add buttermilk and baking soda and mix well.
- Set this aside for 5 mins(it will bubble up).
- Add in olive oil, honey and mix well.
- In a bowl add flour, salt and mixed herbs(italian seasoning) and mix.
- Add wet ingredients the flour and mix well.
- It will be sticky dough.
- Transfer this to the baking pan and sprinkle oats on top.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180 for 20-22 mins.
Note:
You can just make a ball shape and bake the same.
