Ingredients:
All purpose flour -1 cup
Wheat flour - 1/3 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Unsalted butter - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
Pineapple juice - 1/2 cup
Vanilla esc - 1 tsp
Brown sugar - 1 tbsp
Oil - 1 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Method:
All purpose flour -1 cup

Method:
- In a bowl add in condensed milk, sugar, esc and whisk well.
- Add in melted butter, flour, baking powder and mix well.
- Add in pineapple juice and mix well.
- In a muffin mould spray oil and add little brown sugar in each cup.
- Pop this in microwave high for 30 secs.
- Then pour the batter.
- Bake this in a preheated oven (OTG) at 180°C for 20-25 mins.
Note:
For egg version use an egg instead of condensed milk.
